YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS IN CHRIST.
In John 14:16, it states that the Holy Spirit will glorify Jesus, because Jesus is God’s provision for man to have eternal life, as no one can know the Father except through the son (Jesus).
The Word of God is a spiritual law that binds all things together (Joshua 1:8).
God sent His Son so that we can be saved through him (Ephesians 1:7), therefore we cannot fellowship with God without acknowledging His Son (Jesus). As a result of acknowledgong the Son, the Holy Spirit will glorify Jesus in us that believe (John 16:14).
The Holy Spirit will open our eyes of understanding to our authority in the name of Jesus (Mark 16:17). He will also reveal that we can do all things in Christ, including all the miracles Jesus did on earth such as raising the dead (Mark 5:41), casting out demons (Mark 16:17), opening the eyes of the blind (John 18:42) and calming the storm (Matthew 8:26), through our intimate fellowship with Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Scriptures highlights that God anointed Jesus with the power of the Holy Spirit and he went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him (Acts 10:38).
It is important to understand that Jesus depended on the Holy Spirit, while he was on earth as God the son. The Holy Spirit that was in Jesus, now lives in us and by our faith in Jesus we can do all things through the power of the Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:26).
