You can rewire these pathways and break strongholds simply through the Word of God (2 Cor 10:5).
These mental patterns are deceptions from the enemy and are described as “high things” that set themselves up against the knowledge of God (2 Cor 10:5).
The only way to defeat these arguments is to “take every thought captive” and make it obey Jesus Christ (2 Cor 10:5).
You can only do this by receiving a revelation of God’s Word through the help of the Holy Spirit (Eph 1:18).
When the truth of the Word lives in your heart, you will be able to tell the difference between your own brain’s habits and the enemy’s lies. As soon as you recognise a deceptive thought, you must immediately speak God’s truth out loud against it (Rom 10:10).
Every time you vocalise or confess the Word of God to challenge the enemy’s instructions, you are physically rewriting the pathways in your brain to align with God (2 Cor 10:4-5).
Until your mind is rewired to match the Word of God, seeing His blessings fully manifested can be a very difficult task.
