For those of us who believe, it is so important to see ourselves through God’s eyes. In His Word, He tells us clearly how He sees us and what He plans for us (Jeremiah 29:11).
Do you see yourself the way He sees you? He has declared in His Word that you are in union with Christ (Galatians 2:20).
God sees you as truly righteous through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). He sees you as someone who has been set free from every curse and is now fully blessed in Christ (Galatians 3:13–14). Being set free from these curses means sin no longer has power over you. Things like addiction, fear, sickness, and all other such troubles no longer define you or belong to you (Galatians 3:13).
The question is: do you see yourself exactly as God describes you? Or are you held back by lack of faith and unbelief?
