BE DOERS OF THE WORD, NOT HEARERS ONLY CONTINUED

To be a doer means your daily life aligns with God’s word (James 1:22).

Simply put: let the Holy Spirit guide you through Scripture (James 1:22; John 6:63; Galatians 5:16).

Jesus said only those who do the Father’s will enter heaven (Matthew 7:21). He also said whoever hears and follows His words is wise (Luke 6:47).

Faith and righteousness are incomplete without action. “Faith without action is dead” (James 2:17). A person is made righteous with God by both faith and action, not faith alone (James 2:24).

When Abraham offered Isaac, his faith and action worked together — his faith was made complete, and it was counted to him as righteousness (James 2:21, 23).

To fulfill God’s purpose, let His word and Spirit shape your daily conduct/behaviour. The enemy wants you to follow his way instead (Galatians 5:16; 1 Corinthians 3:16). The choice is yours (Genesis 3:6).
